"TAIPI II"INTERIOR:
Layout:
Forward cabin shows inside access to chain locker, lockers along the starboard hull, a high level V- berth (only functional with an insert) and an opening overhead hatch. The next cabin aft shows a double berth to port with lockers underneath, foremast compression post, opening overhead hatch, two fixed portlights and a hanging locker to starboard. The central passageway aft shows a single berth cabin with hanging locker, drawers, two fixed portlights and an opening overhead hatch to starboard. A double berth cabin with two fixed portlights, an opening overhead hatch, hanging locker, and drawers is to port.The head is aft to starboard showing a manual marine toilet and a porcelain sink with faucet. Head has an opening portlights and an overhead deck prism.Up two steps to the main cabin level shows the galley along the starboard hull and a "C" shaped dinette for four people to port. The dinette shows lockers outboard and below. Navigation table is located aft to port alongside electronics and main electrical panel. Pantry area and an additional storage area are located aft to starboard. Main cabin shows six fixed portlights, six opening portlights on the cabin sides and an opening overhead hatch. The six step companionway ladder is centered aft.
Finish: The interior of "TAIPT II" shows painted marine plywood cabin sole, painted marine plywood cabinetry and bulkheads with varnished hardwood trim. The main cabin shows varnished hardwood cabin sole. The ceiling is teak varnished planking. The topsides are reportedly insulated. The overhead is textured paneling with varnished laminated deck beams.

Structure:
Structure appears strong with no evidence or weakness, movement, delamination or decay.
